By Purchasing from the Stones & Fire Website you Agree to Our Terms, Conditions & Policies.

  • Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.   If more information is required to process your payment a hold will be placed on your order
  • You will not be charged for your order until the order ships. 
  • If you placed your order with a credit card, debit card, ATM card, or check card, your financial institution will place an authorization on your payment method until the order ships. This appears as a pending charge on your account, and the amount varies by financial institution. Usually, you’ll see these charges range from $1.00 to the full amount of the order. 
  • The time it takes to lift a hold on funds is determined by your financial institution 
  • We will only ship orders to the billing address associated with the payment method used.  
  • With machine learning fraud prevention algorithms we analyze each purchase to detect fraudulent activity.  If fraudulent activity is suspected your order will be cancelled and when applicable the appropriate law enforcement and financial agencies will be notified.   
  • We offer a 30 day (starting on day of confirmed delivery) return policy on items.   A prepaid return label is provided in your package.  Please use the provided label to return your item.  Items recieved after the 30 day period will be refused and returned to you.   If you have any questions please Contact Us   
  • Returned items must be in new condition and all packaging must be returned with your item.
  • Handcrafted Jewelry that has been resized or customized in anyway cannot be returned.  These sales are final.
  • Gift Cards are not refundable.  
  • Shipping and Return Shipping Costs are not refundable.  Shipping and Return shipping cost will be deducted from refund amount.  We will cover the cost of shipping if there is an error on our part.
  • A refund will be issued within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting your return.  The time it takes for your refund to credit back to your funding account is dependent on your particular bank. 
  • We do not offer exchanges  
  • Please note that, due to variations amongst computer monitors,
    actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable
  • Stones and Fire is not responsible for incorrectly entered email.  Please ensure you enter the recipients correct email address.  
  • Not redeemable or returnable for cash
  • Not a credit or debit card
  • Gift Cards can be redeemed at our craft shows or live events. Please present your digital or printed bar code to redeem.
  • By purchasing a Gift Card you are agreeing to our store policy and terms of conditions.
  • All terms enforced except where prohibited by law.
  • Orders can be cancelled within your account portal or you can contact us and request a cancellation. 
  • Once a tracking number has been assigned we cannot approve a cancelation request

  • Credit card approval must be received prior to processing. Only credit cards issued by US banks are accepted for payment.
  • All orders ship free within the USA 
  • We ship orders within 2-3 Business Days.  Excluding Holidays
  • Orders over $150.00 will require signature on delivery.  
  • We cannot guarantee delivery times as this is at the discretion of the Carrier 
  • If your package is lost in transit you must contact us so we can investigate the tracking and file applicable claims with the carrier when warranted.  
  • Orders will be shipped to the Billing address associated with payment method.  Due to an increase in credit card fraud there are no exceptions.  
  • We ship worldwide
  • We do not ship to all countries.  If your country is not available at checkout we are not currently shipping to your location
  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Stones & Fire is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
  • Stones are natural products so imperfections are normal.  Any inclusions, cracks, or chips are normal occurrences 
  • Unless otherwise stated you will receive the exact stone pictured.  
  • Please note that, due to variations amongst computer monitors,
    actual colors may vary slightly from what appears on your screen.
  • Some stones are enlarged in photo for detail.  Please review the size of the stone in product description 
  • Stone Displays:  Your stone ships separated from the stand to protect the stone in shipping.  Your display and mineral tack will be included in your package.  Simply reattach stone to display with the included mineral tack.
  • Jewelry items on our website are one of a kind handcrafted items.  Each of these jewelry pieces is designed and created by Marty Vickery in his personal studio.  
  • Some handcrafted rings can be resized by one whole size.  Please contact us for our resizing fee and questions.
  • Handcrafted Jewelry items might contain very slight “imperfections”.  These are not flaws or defects, but a coveted aspect of handcrafted art.  If you prefer perfection we advise you seek out a jeweler who specialized in machine made and/or cast items.

Order Status

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.
